2005 (Jr.): Named Second Team All-Southern Conference by both the league's coaches and media ... Averaged a SoCon-best 41.80 yards per punt to rank 11th in the NCAA ... Of Mayse's 49 punts, including a long of 63 yards, he had eight punts of 50 yards or more, 10 fair caught and 11 which pinned the opponent inside their own 20 ... Season punting average ranked sixth on the WCU single season list ... Also handled the kickoff duties most of the season, averaging 56.0 yards on his 22 kickoffs with two touchbacks.
